Your Loan Officer will complete your application and review your credit with you.
Send in your income and asset documents for us to review for a pre-approval.
Once we review your documents we will issue you a Pre-Approval letter that will allow you to shop and put offers on homes giving sellers confidence in your financing.
As you shop your Loan Officer will run numbers on homes you are wanting to make offers on to let you know what you can expect with that home for the monthly payment, down payment, and total closing cost.
Congratulations you are now Under Contract. Your loan officer and our processing team will prepare your loan application for underwriting ordering the various documents from other parties involved like title, insurance, appraisers, and other services.
The appraiser will go out to the home to complete a base inspection and prepare their report on the market value of the home for you and the bank
The Underwriter will review your loan application and conditionally approve your loan. Our processing team will review the things the underwriter is requesting for a final approval and get right to work on obtaining all the items requested.
Once all documents are obtained our processing team will turn everything back into the underwriting team for a final approval allowing the money and you to go to the closing table.
You will go to the title company who will host your closing and sign all the final documents including the mortgage note and your new deed declaring you the new home owners, where you will get the keys for your new home
